US Army Insignia Leather Stamp - Precision Crafted in the USA
Honor the legacy of the U.S. Army with this meticulously crafted leather stamp featuring the traditional US Army insignia. The United States Army, the land service branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, traces its origins back to the Continental Army formed on June 14, 1775. Created by the Congress of the Confederation on June 3, 1784, the modern U.S. Army continues this proud tradition.
Premium Quality & Unmatched Detail:
Our stamps are expertly crafted from Delrin® Acetal Resin, a premium, high-strength material sourced right here in California, USA. We utilize robust 1/2” (12.70mm) thick cast Delrin and a powerful 100-watt laser to achieve exceptionally high-resolution engravings. This process ensures your stamp delivers crisp, clear, and incredibly detailed impressions on leather, time after time.
Built for Durability & Performance:
Material Strength: The Delrin we use boasts an impressive tensile strength of 9,000 lbs, ensuring longevity and resilience.
Proven Results: Extensively tested, our stamps create outstanding impressions on leather weights ranging from light 3 oz up to heavy 16 oz.
Versatile Application: Designed for repetitive use, these stamps perform flawlessly with various tools, from a 1-ton hand press up to a powerful 20-ton hydraulic press (depending on the version).
Choose Your Stamping Style:
We offer two distinct versions tailored to your needs:
Press Stamp:
Ideal For: Arbor Presses, Tandy Hand Presses, or similar clicker/hydraulic presses.
Specifications: Made from 1/2" (12.70mm) thick Delrin. Requires a press with at least 1 ton of pressure.
Starts at $32.00
Mallet Stamp:
Ideal For: Mallet or maul striking applications.
Specifications: Made from 1/2” (12.70mm) thick Delrin. Features an integrated "mules foot" adapter on the back specifically designed for use with our Hefty Handle (required, sold separately or as a bundle if you don't already own one).
Starts at $47.00
Important Considerations:
Mallet Use: While durable, using a mallet (Mallet Stamp version) places direct impact stress on the stamp. This method is inherently more demanding on the tool compared to press application.
Fine Details: For stamps with intricate details or very fine lines, take extra care during impression to ensure longevity and achieve the best results, especially with mallet striking.
Add this symbol of American strength and resilience to your leatherwork projects today!
